About the Role

We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to our executive team, providing administrative and strategic support. You will report to our Executive Advisor, who will offer guidance, mentorship, and context.

This position is based in our Portland, Puyallup, or Seattle office. It is a hybrid role requiring occasional travel to support executives and business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic support to the CEO and other executives by anticipating needs and proactively managing priorities.
  • Align executives' schedules with company goals and needs.
  • Support strategic planning, goal tracking, and progress updates.
  • Optimize executives' schedules and prepare them for meetings, including briefing, research, and agendas.
  • Attend important meetings, develop action items, and follow up on them.
  • Manage travel arrangements, expenses, and other administrative duties.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years as an executive assistant or program executive assistant; experience in the AEC industry is highly preferred.
  • A collaborative mindset, proactive communication, and willingness to grow through mentorship.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Experience managing shifting business priorities.
Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $78,000 - $90,000+, depending on qualifications. Compensation factors include education, experience, location, and role. As an employee-owned company, we offer performance-based bonuses, with annual salary reviews. We value transparency and look forward to discussing our compensation structure.
