Compensation

90-day trial period

Qualifications

• Calendar Management – Manage complex personal and team calendars, and coordinate times for team meetings.
• 3-5 years Marketing experience; website, social media, and special events.
• Basic research and reports – Gather data from different platforms and produce reports and presentations to communicate insights as required.
• Receive calls, take notes, and attend/route them as required.
• Email and Response Management including conduct follow-ups, forward important and urgent emails.
• Order products and supplies – Take care of miscellaneous needs such as ordering office supplies, furniture, team lunch, etc.
• Medical Billing – 3-5 years’ experience; Track expenses and invoices, input and update data management tools. Creates or sends statements or invoices, track payments, and Compensation.
• Handle customer relations management tools, input and update records and collect information for your CRM tools.
