The Executive Assistant is a trusted partner to the senior leadership team, providing proactive administrative and organizational support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating travel and meetings, handling expenses, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day business activities. The successful candidate will bring exceptional attention to detail, strong judgment, and a service-oriented mindset, helping senior leaders maximize their effectiveness while fostering seamless coordination across stakeholders and teams.
Sectors is responsible for ING’s client organization and resides within the Wholesale Bank. Sector teams own end‑to‑end responsibility for client strategy, coverage, credit origination, and capital allocation within their industries, combining deep sector expertise with differentiating idea generation and product execution. The Sectors-based model is designed to drive risk‑adjusted returns, disciplined balance‑sheet usage and consistent global client treatment, while working closely with product partners from Lending, Trade Services, Financial Markets and Capital Markets & Advisory. Sectors business lines consist of: Financial Institutions, Sustainable Solutions Group & Transition Accelerator, Energy (Hydrocarbons and New Energy; Renewables and Power), Real Estate Finance and Infrastructure, Commodities, Food & Agriculture, Technology, Media, Telecom & Healthcare, and Corporate Sector Coverage.
Salary Range $93,000-$118,000
