About The Role

The Executive Assistant will provide support to the Investment Grade Private Credit team within the firm’s Investment Platform. The ideal candidate is a proactive, motivated professional who wants to contribute to a dynamic area of business growth. Strong organizational, multi-tasking skills and excellent attention to detail along with outstanding service-orientation, mature judgment, and independent problem-solving, are imperative. This EA will be highly collaborative with a strong work ethic and the capacity to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.


About The Team

Investment Grade Private Credit is a rapidly growing area of the investment business that provides customized financing to high-quality borrowers outside of the public bond markets. The team partners across investment, research, and client functions to source and manage private credit investments for clients.


Responsibilities


  • Calendar Management: Coordinate complex and proactive scheduling across multiple time zones for a global team.

  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize logistics for internal and external meetings, offsites, and special events.

  • Expense Management: Prepare and submit accurate expense reports in a timely manner, and review and approve expenses on behalf of the team.

  • Travel Arrangements: Plan and book domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and accommodations.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with multiple internal and external constituencies

  • Team Support: Provide cross-coverage and backup support to other Executive Assistants and leadership teams as needed.

  • Project Assistance: Support ad hoc projects for both the immediate team and broader firm leadership.


Qualifications


  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a complex, global professional environment; experience in the investment management industry will be viewed favorably

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote & PowerPoint) with an ability and desire to learn new technology to drive efficiencies

  • Willingness to learn, use, and develop internal systems that help the function

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, plus high level of reliability, professionalism and discretion

  • Strong service orientation and proactive problem-solving skills

  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities

  • Fastidious detail orientation and overall work quality

  • Ability to work under deadlines and to accommodate last-minutes changes

  • Positive, can-do attitude; flexibility; sense of humor

  • Undergraduate degree with strong academic credentials preferred

  • The firm’s current hybrid working policy is minimum 4 days per week in office

The base salary range for this position is: USD 60,000 - 110,000 This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process. Base salary is only one component of Wellington’s total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
