Join our team as an Executive Administrative Assistant in our New York office supporting senior leaders in Real Assets. In this role you will gain exposure across a wide variety of business activities while showcasing your positive, confident, and proactive approach, and exceptional time management skills.

What role will you play?

You will be responsible primarily for heavy calendar management, expense and invoice processing via Coupa, and extensive travel coordination (both domestic and international) for a team of executives using Concur. You will also have the opportunity to work on various ad-hoc projects, including the coordination of team events.
Salary range for this position: $85,000-100,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.   • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, self-direction, and a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to demonstrate a proactive approach, be extremely organized, flexible, and have excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills paired with the ability to be highly confidential with information and exercise appropriate judgment/discretion
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
  • Financial industry experience is preferred.
