Job summary

KREWE is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Founder and CEO at our New Orleans headquarters. This role focuses on managing executive workflows, coordinating priorities, and ensuring seamless cross-department communication in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of EA experience, exceptional organization, and discretion, with strong proficiency in G-Suite, Slack, and Zoom to enable efficient operation across the executive team.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with G-Suite, Slack, Zoom and other collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage calendar and scheduling across professional and personal commitments.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including email, Slack and document management.
  • Plan and coordinate complex travel arrangements for founder and team members.
  • Organize meetings, events and appointments with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

We are currently in search of an Executive Assistant to support our Founder and CEO to contribute to the success of our executive leadership team. This individual will play a vital role in driving productivity by managing executive workflows, coordinating strategic priorities, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive support, with a strong ability to anticipate needs, streamline operations, and foster collaboration within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This role is based in our New Orleans Headquarters 5 days a week.

Objectives of this role:
  • Serve as a trusted partner to the Founder, ensuring priorities are aligned and workflows are seamless.
  • Enhance the efficiency and organization of executive and administrative operations by implementing systems and processes that improve overall productivity.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team, staff, and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and relationships.
  • Support the execution of key initiatives and projects by ensuring timely follow-up, proper documentation, and precise coordination.
  • Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism while managing sensitive information and high-stakes responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support: Proactively manage and coordinate calendar, ensuring alignment of priorities across professional and personal schedules.
  • Administrative Management : Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including expense reporting, email and Slack communication, and creating and maintaining internal documents.
  • Travel & Logistics : Plan and execute complex travel arrangements and itineraries for both business and personal purposes. Occasionally accompany the founder as-needed to work from the NYC HQ location.
  • Event & Meeting Coordination : Organize meetings, events, and appointments, ensuring all logistics are meticulously handled.
  • Vendor Oversight : Liaise with and oversee vendors for property and real estate projects, both onsite and remotely.
  • Office & Home Support : Maintain high standards for both office and household organization, ordering supplies, and addressing and managing ongoing needs.
  • Problem-Solving : Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Documentation & Reporting : Organize and manage both digital and physical filing systems, maintaining thorough documentation of projects and processes.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, with a strong focus on organizational management and proactive problem-solving.
  • High proficiency in G-Suite, Slack, Zoom, and other communication tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities with a calm and resourceful approach.
  • A commitment to discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism in all aspects of work.
  • A passion for organization and detail-oriented execution.
  • Lives with an emphasis on authenticity while also executing within the big company picture.
  • A flexible and collaborative style, with a natural consultative approach.
