Job summary

Lennar is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior executives, orchestrate complex calendars, travel, and meetings, and drive efficiency across cross-functional teams. You will manage confidential information with discretion and partner with leaders to advance strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as trusted partner to senior executives by proactively managing priorities and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage complex calendars, travel, meetings, and competing priorities with sound judgment and confidentiality.
  • Prepare executives for meetings with agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and follow‑up actions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and executive communications around key business priorities.
  • Plan and coordinate leadership meetings, off-sites, town halls, and events with flawless execution.
  • Develop presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and business correspondence and maintain organized records.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders as a trusted point of contact for leadership.
  • Identify process improvements, streamline workflows, and enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Support culture-building initiatives, leadership communications, and special projects as needed.
  • Deliver a best-in-class executive and office experience by coordinating meeting logistics and welcoming visitors.

Your Responsibilities On The Team

  • Support organizational initiatives, culture‑building activities, leadership communications, and special projects as business needs evolve.
  • Deliver a best‑in‑class executive and office experience by coordinating meeting logistics, welcoming visitors, and supporting overall office operations.
