Varda Space Industries in El Segundo, CA, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Manager of Administration & Executive Projects and the Executive Leadership Team. The role focuses on Pharma, Business Development and Gov Affairs executives with cross-coverage at multiple campuses.
You will manage calendars, travel, and meetings, coordinate onsite meetings, and help plan company events while maintaining a high level of hospitality for visitors, candidates, and team
