Job description

Want to break into the music industry and work directly with a CEO who books major artists and tours? This is your chance!

We’re Major Artist Concerts, also known as MAC Agency, a booking agency representing big-name talent in the music industry. We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who’s eager, organized, and ready to hustle.

This isn’t your typical 9-to-5 desk job. You’ll be in the mix with artists, venues, and events. Yes, that also means nights and weekends. If you’re hungry to learn, can juggle a million things at once, and want to fast-track your career, we want you.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the right hand to the CEO (scheduling, emails, and all the unexpected “can you handle this?” moments)
  • Help manage artist bookings, contracts, and event details
  • Communicate with artists, managers, venues, and partners
  • Keep things organized when the pace is chaotic
  • Jump in on special projects and last-minute opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Just graduated college and ready to prove yourself
  • Passion for live music and the entertainment industry
  • You can work flexible hours (including weekends & nights)
  • Proficient in creating decks (Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Canva)
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Great communicator, very detail-oriented, and unshakable under pressure

Pay: $20–$30/hr depending on experience

Location: Remote - some travel may be required

Growth: Potential for growth within the company
