Job summary

Grady Health System in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer. You will manage the CMO's calendar, correspondence, travel, and priority-setting to enable strategic leadership.

You'll draft internal and external communications, support board materials, and help with budgeting and committee files. This high-visibility role requires discretion, organization, and excellent communication.

Job Summary
Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer

Grady is Atlanta's largest public safety-net hospital and Level 1 Trauma Center, and our Marketing team drives the storytelling behind that mission. We're looking for a sharp, discreet, highly organized Executive Assistant to be the right hand to our CMO, keeping their calendar, communications, and priorities running smoothly so they can focus on leading.

This is a great fit for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys being the person everyone trusts to get it right, and wants real exposure to executive-level strategy, budgeting, and Board-level work.

What You'll Do
  • Own the CMO's calendar, correspondence, and travel arrangements
  • Draft and polish internal and external communications, reports, and presentations
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines at once, anticipating needs before they're asked
  • Support departmental and divisional budget preparation for Finance
  • Prepare materials for Board committee meetings and keep committee files organized
  • Screen calls and mail, triage what's urgent, and keep the CMO informed
  • Serve as a communication hub between the CMO and department leaders
  • Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion
What You Bring
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years supporting at the executive level
  • Experience with executive committees, RFPs/RFIs, and budget preparation
  • Healthcare experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent grammar, judgment, and follow-through
  • The ability to stay cool and organized when priorities shift fast
  • Preferred: Experience with Workday and Concur Expense/Invoicing
