Position SummaryAs a key member of the NWSL Atlanta 2028 front office, the Executive Assistant to the President of Football, VP and Chief Business Officer, VP and Chief Finance Office and is responsible for a wide range of administrative and organizational functions supporting the NWSL executive office. The Executive Assistant (“EA”) will provide scheduling, logistical, and general administrative support, and will play an active role in key projects as directed. They will serve as liaison for communication to the office of the president and will provide personal support related to the executive’s daily routines.The EA will proactively and confidentially manage the executive’s calendar and email, coordinate and prepare for meetings and games, and support internal and external teammates and groups, representing the President and front office in a professional manner at all times. This role will report directly to the Office of the President’s Head of Executive Operations.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at building relationships and creating winning outcomes. A high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion, and customer focus are a must.Roles and ResponsibilitiesProactively and efficiently manage the NWSL executive’s calendars; schedule appointments with internal and external individuals and groups; coordinate with other assistants and department liaisons to schedule meetings and briefingsServe as primary point of contact for the executive’s availabilityMaintain the executive’s email communications, internal and external contacts and other Microsoft Outlook dataCoordinate executive travel using Concur system; provide and maintain detailed travel itineraries, agendas, and advances; submit timely expense reports and reimbursement requests on behalf of the presidentAssist with travel coordination, partnering with travel & operations and aviation teams as neededIndependently gather, compile and analyze information from multiple sources; prepare a variety of detailed correspondence, memos, reports, and itineraries which are generally confidential in nature.
