Job summary

Arlo Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Assessment Analyst to provide enterprise-level assessment and analysis support. The successful candidate will produce executive-level reports, conduct research, and perform daily analyses to inform decision-making and strategic resource planning for the DoD, onsite at the Pentagon.

Active TS/SCI clearance is required, with expertise in analytic methodologies and the ability to deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in conducting research, modeling, and complex data analysis to support enterprise-level decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presenting findings.
• Proficiency in designing and applying a range of analytic methodologies to suit specific requirements.

Responsibilities

• Executive-Level Reporting: Produce executive-level reports, briefs, staff packages, and decision-support analysis to inform senior leadership decisions.
• Analytic Methodology Guidance: Provide expert guidance in selecting, designing, and applying appropriate analytic methodologies.
• Strategic Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research, modeling, and analysis to support strategic planning and resource management.
• Decision Support: Design studies that deliver actionable insights for enterprise-wide resource allocations.
• Strategic Alignment: Ensure analytic efforts align with strategic objectives and priorities.
• Executive Decision Support: Provide high-level analytical insights and briefs for executive decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with departments to gather data and insights for comprehensive analyses.
• Long-Term Planning: Support development of long-term plans using predictive analysis and scenario modelling.
