A leading elevator company is seeking a Training Manager to lead training initiatives across southern states. The role involves managing the training facility, planning training schedules, and developing technical training content. Ideal candidates will have 8-15 years of elevator experience and excellent communication skills. This position requires extensive travel across the region.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced person for the position to lead and manage training initiatives across our southern region and its operations. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating training programs that enhance the technical and soft skills of our field Associates, ensure compliance, and support business objectives.
