Job summary

As a senior leader, you will supervise service activities, mentor APNs, collaborate with affiliated programs, and influence standards of care and policy within the facility and network level.

Qualifications

• Licensed independent practitioner with national NP certification.
• Senior level leadership with cross-service program accountability.
• Experience in clinical and administrative operations within healthcare.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and lead policy initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Diagnostics Service operations including safety, quality and accessibility.
• Collaborate with medical staff, nursing leadership and executive leadership.
• Advocate for Diagnostics Service with VA leadership and the broader health system.
• Plan and direct educational and clinical experiences for trainees.
