Base pay range

$26.44/hr - $31.25/hr

We offer an extensive benefits package, after 30 days of full-time employment, a matched 401k, after 60 days, and 2 weeks of paid time off after 90 days!

Position Overview

The Executive Admissions Representative will interface with prospective students to support their decision to attend school. Responsibilities include communicating the school's philosophy and features, advocating for prospective students, and meeting established activity standards using approved processes and the Admissions Code of Conduct.

Required Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in sales and customer service.
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Four-year degree from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or 5+ years of experience in post-secondary education.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Operate within and evaluate monthly activity standards.
  • Develop and manage action plans to meet performance standards.
  • Assist prospective students through the admissions process, ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and standards.
  • Use various communication channels to identify prospects and understand their educational needs.
  • Develop rapport with prospective students and maintain contact throughout enrollment.
  • Partner with departments like Financial Aid and Academics to ensure high service levels.
  • Provide quality service to Veterans agencies and facilitate outside events.
Other Responsibilities
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and multiple tasks.
  • Effective communication skills and professionalism across diverse backgrounds.
  • Support and training for the Admissions team as needed.
  • Ability to work remotely in licensed/approved states.
Required Skills
  • Proficiency with computer systems, preferably Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the area and nationally if required.
  • Persistence, positivity, and self-motivation.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate.
  • Ability to use school systems and databases effectively.
