We are seeking a dynamic and highly organizedExecutive Administrator in San Diego, CA who serves as a key partner to our senior executive leadership. In this essential role, you will provide a broad range of strategic administrative and operational support, acting as a representative of the executive's office to both internal and external stakeholders. You will be entrusted to make independent decisions regarding the planning, organization, and scheduling of the executive's work, while also managing complex projects, conducting analysis for management decisions, and relieving our leaders of significant administrative duties to ensure their focus remains on driving the business forward.
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $79,000 - $96,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
