About the Role

As the Administrative Business Partner in the Office of the CEO, you’ll deliver high-level administrative and operational support that enhances the CEO’s effectiveness and focus. You’ll manage complex scheduling, streamline communication, and help maintain alignment across a fast-paced executive leadership environment. You’ll also bring innovation to the table—leveraging emerging tools and technologies to improve workflows, communication, and deliverables. This role is referred to internally as an Administrative Business Partner

This role requires you to be onsite Monday through Friday.

What You Will Do

  • Manage a high-volume executive calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics including conference rooms, catering, and AV needs
  • Direct and manage incoming emails, calls, and contact information on behalf of the CEO
  • Prepare for meetings through thoughtful organization and document preparation
  • Collaborate with other executive support team members to ensure alignment across leadership calendars
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance administrative workflows and deliverables
  • Craft timely, motivating, and clear communications on behalf of the CEO—including those involving sensitive topics
  • Evaluate requests for intent and strategic value, ask clarifying questions, and apply sound judgment before execution
  • Participate in meetings and special projects, following through on assigned action items
  • Actively pursue learning and development opportunities

What You Bring

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or client-service role
  • Proven discretion and professionalism in supporting executives
  • Demonstrated success in improving administrative systems and processes
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple iOS; tech-savvy and adaptable
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong emotional intelligence and a service-first mindset

Additional Requirements

  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States

The estimated base pay salary rate for this role is $75,857 - $113,785 per year. Base salaries are determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, depending on the role, many roles are eligible for variable pay such as bonuses, commissions, and/or long-term incentives. Work Conditions

  • Physical Requirements: This role requires occasional physical activity such as lifting, moving, and setting up computer equipment (monitors, docking stations, desktops, etc.). Ability to lift up to 25 pounds may be necessary.
  • Repetitive Duties: The position involves extended periods of sitting and computer use, as well as repetitive tasks related to troubleshooting and data entry.
  • On-Site Presence: While much of the work is performed from a desk or workstation, occasional movement throughout the office is required to provide in-person technical support and attend meetings.
