Base pay range
$47.16/hr - $67.50/hr
Meta is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Partner to support a number of executives on a rotational basis for the Admin Coverage team. The person in this role will need to be an experienced problem-solver, detail oriented and organizationally skilled to manage nuanced calendaring and travel planning. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem. This position is full-time.
Executive Administrative Partner, Admin Coverage Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal and external meetings for multiple executives
- Manage complex calendar set-up and movement
- Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
- Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to multiple executives
- 5+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of multiple executives
- 5+ years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for multiple executives
- Extensive experience balancing competing priorities
