Job Title: Executive Administrative Partner
Location: St. Ann, MO
Pay Range: $65,000 - 80,000 annual base salary
Position Overview:
The Executive Administrative Partner will serve as a trusted and strategic partner to the executive team, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication across the organization. This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting business objectives by managing administrative tasks, coordinating events, and driving communication and change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Support: Collaborate closely with the executive team to develop strategic slide decks, presentations, and reports from minimal input or notes. Ensure the final deliverables reflect a high level of professionalism, clarity, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Travel Management: Arrange complex domestic travel itineraries, ensuring cost efficiency, smooth transitions, and attention to detail.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute executive-level events, including team off-sites, conferences, store visits, and corporate functions. Handle logistics, scheduling, and vendor relations to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Communication and Change Management: Act as a central communication node for the executive team, crafting and disseminating key messages. Lead change management efforts by ensuring effective communication during organizational transitions.
- Executive Liaison: Serve as a primary liaison between the executive team and internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Trusted Partner: Build and maintain strong relationships with the executive team by demonstrating discretion, reliability, and a high degree of confidentiality.
- Administrative Excellence: Manage calendars, prioritize tasks, and handle correspondence to ensure the executives’ schedules align with strategic priorities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative partner, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Exceptional ability to create compelling presentations and strategic materials with minimal direction.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in managing complex information flow.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate large-scale events and manage logistical details effectively.
- Understanding of change management principles and experience in driving effective communication during organizational shifts.
- High level of discretion and professionalism, with a track record of handling sensitive information securely.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms.
