Join our Enterprise Support Services (ESS) team to be a vital part of our business enablement functions that maintain our organization’s strength. Use your interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) to connect with employees at all levels. As an Executive Administrative Coordinator, you will support EY teams by providing knowledge, resources, and tools that enable delivery of exceptional client service, marketplace success, and firm growth and profitability.

The opportunity

As an Executive Administrative Coordinator, you will provide high-level, specialized administrative, project, and operational support to multiple senior executives. You will work closely with leadership to understand their strategies and business goals, proactively identify their needs, and ensure all preparations and support are in place to enable their success. You will handle confidential projects, exercise judgment, and interact with internal and external stakeholders to foster relationships and represent leadership effectively.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative services for senior leaders.
  • Make independent decisions based on your specialized knowledge of the service line, sector, and operational role of the executive.
  • Understand key drivers affecting the leader’s role and business priorities to coordinate effectively.
  • Identify and resolve administrative issues, analyze problems, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and their administrative staff.
  • Protect confidential information and manage data securely.
  • Compose, format, and edit business documents in collaboration with leaders and communication professionals.
  • Coordinate executive work/projects, manage information, and respond to requests promptly.
  • Review market and budget reports, create tracking reports, and prepare meeting materials.
  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate domestic/international travel and events.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
  • 8-10+ years of experience, with at least 5-7 years supporting senior leadership.
  • Flexibility for overtime and travel as needed.
  • Primarily onsite work in designated EY offices or client sites.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Supporting senior leadership in large organizations or firms.
  • Experience in project coordination.
