A leading organization seeks an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Vice President of Workplace Services & Real Estate. An exceptional opportunity exists to provide high-level executive administrative support to the Vice President, Workplace Services & Real Estate in RAND's Pittsburgh office. This position requires discretion and a professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the office of the Vice President and its stakeholders inside and outside RAND. The role involves handling multiple tasks within time constraints, exercising good judgment in prioritizing responsibilities, and working closely with other corporate officers and their assistants on sensitive and confidential matters. Responsibilities include scheduling, planning, and supporting meetings, events, and travel for the Vice President. Additional duties may involve assisting with corporate functions and providing backup support as needed. Functional duties for Facilities Planning include managing the Occupancy Management (OM) information, developing procedures for data use, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting application upgrade projects and reporting tool redesigns.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of working independently, demonstrating good judgment, and multitasking effectively with minimal supervision. The position requires at least six years of high-level executive administrative experience, along with exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Discretion in handling sensitive issues, attention to detail, and accuracy are essential. The candidate must be a team player, tactful, courteous, and able to work effectively with individuals at all levels inside and outside RAND. Advanced computer skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook are required to produce high-quality, error-free documents promptly. Knowledge of facilities planning processes and tools is preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of high-level administrative assistance experience; a BA/BS degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience; High School Diploma or GED required.
US Citizenship is required to obtain a Security Clearance.

$75,700 - $112,400
