Qualifications

What to Expect
  • Provide administrative support to one or more members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), managing calls and visitors effectively
  • Manage executive calendars, prioritizing and scheduling appointments to ensure timely transitions
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives, negotiating with vendors when necessary
  • Document and enforce policies and procedures, serving as the initial point of contact for approvals and routing
  • Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and manage special projects as directed by the assigned executive
What is Required
  • High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in an administrative role, including at least 3 years supporting a C-level executive
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
