Parker Hannifin is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Performance Materials Division. The role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and preparing reports and presentations for division leadership.
The successful candidate will handle confidential information, produce accurate minutes, and back up other executive assistants as needed, contributing to smooth operation of the PMD and EMG teams in a fast-paced environment.
This position is responsible for providing high-level administrative, organizational, communication, and project coordination support to the Performance Materials Division within EMG. Reporting to the PMD General Manager, the Executive Administrative Assistant serves as a trusted partner to division leadership, supporting calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, communications, reporting activities, and other administrative priorities that enable effective business operations.
This position is subject to meeting U.S. export compliance and/or U.S. Government contracting citizenship eligibility requirements.
