We are seeking a highly resourceful, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO. This role is more than just managing tasks-it's about buying back the CEO's time by solving problems before they arise, streamlining operations, and handling critical responsibilities independently.

What You'll Do

  • Time & Priority Management: Own the CEO's schedule, ensuring high-value priorities are always front and center.
  • Inbox & Communication Handling: Keep the CEO's inbox organized, handle messages efficiently, and respond professionally on their behalf.
  • Problem-Solving & Resourcefulness: Anticipate challenges, research solutions, and execute plans without needing step-by-step instructions.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement smarter systems to improve workflow.
  • Project & Task Coordination: Track deadlines, communicate with teams, and ensure the CEO never has to chase information.

What We're Looking For

  • Resourceful Problem-Solver: You take initiative, figure things out, and don't need constant direction.
  • Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: You excel at juggling multiple high-priority tasks and keeping everything structured.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, project management tools, and AI-driven automation.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal skills to handle high-level correspondence.
  • Time & Task Management Pro: You know how to prioritize what matters most and execute flawlessly.
