Executive Administrative Assistant

Asurion is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide executive support to leaders in the Enterprise & Consumer team. We are dedicated to finding a professional who possesses drive, initiative and a great attitude. Attention to detail and proactivity are essential traits, as well as displaying tact, problem-solving capabilities, composure and maturity.

The ideal candidate needs to effectively communicate with the executive staff and maintain highly confidential information. This is a Nashville-based role with the expectations to be in the office Tuesday – Thursday and other identified times for team and client meetings.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage calendars, travel, and expenses for multiple Enterprise & Consumer leaders, ensuring excellent collaboration with other EAs across multiple departments

  • Assist in planning and executing Enterprise & Consumer department events and occasional cross-functional events led by the Enterprise & Consumer team. May include reserving rooms, catering, set-up, and clean-up

  • Provide ad hoc support to other Enterprise & Consumer leaders and partners, assisting with the coordination of large meetings and complex administrative tasks

  • Stay engaged with the company’s culture and calendar to support Enterprise & Consumer initiatives

  • Juggle competing priorities and work with teams to resolve issues

  • Manage contacts database, expense reports, and other general administrative tasks, i.e., mailing, faxing, copying, record keeping, binding materials, etc

  • Liaise with IT to make sure executives have proper working equipment, such as laptops, mobile phones and other external hardware

  • May also provide support to Executive’s direct reports as needed

  • Studies administrative processes/methods to improve workflow, simplify reporting procedures, or implement cost reductions

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant for busy executives or as a project manager/coordinator on complex and demanding initiative

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to quickly learn and operate other software and digital tools

  • Ability to grasp business priorities and use that understanding to prioritize meetings

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A high level of initiative and follow-through; strong attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and perform all responsibilities with discretion, independent judgment, a positive attitude, tact and poise; can follow directions with minimal supervision, problem solver

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines

  • Professional, calm composure, while maintaining the utmost confidentiality
