  • Coordinate logistics for onsite and offsite meetings, conferences, leadership events, and other corporate activities, including catering and audiovisual requirements.
  • Handle sensitive business, financial, personnel, and executive information with the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, and discretion.
  • Support general office operations by monitoring office supplies and equipment and coordinating with administrative colleagues to maintain an efficient work environment.
  • Partner with other administrative staff and office personnel to support departmental priorities, special projects, and day-to-day business needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, organization, and executive support practices.
What You Need To Be Successful:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage executive calendars, coordinate complex schedules, and organize multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a strong commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare polished, professional business correspondence.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential and sensitive information.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Flexibility and adaptability when priorities change, with the ability to remain composed and professional under pressure.
  • A collaborative, service-oriented approach and a commitment to supporting executive and organizational effectiveness.
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
