Johnson Controls is seeking a highly capable Executive Administrative Operations Partner to support the office of the CEO. In this onsite/hybrid role in Glendale, WI, you will serve as a trusted administrative partner, help keep executive priorities moving, and work across teams to enable effective leadership, planning, and decision-making.
You will provide high-level executive support while also contributing to day-to-day operations for the CEO’s office. This role combines executive administration, project coordination, stakeholder communication, travel and event planning, and operational follow-through. You will report to the Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO and partner closely with executive office peers to improve efficiency and support the broader leadership team.
Act as a proactive partner to the CEO’s office by anticipating needs, identifying priorities, and removing obstacles before they affect execution. Own confidential work with accountability, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to integrity. Stay close to the work, focus on what matters most, and keep executive attention on the highest-value priorities. Use clear, candid problem-solving and continuous improvement to strengthen processes and improve executive efficiency. Work across functions as one team, building trust and aligning diverse perspectives to support leadership goals. Bring structure to complexity by organizing details, managing deadlines, and keeping multiple workstreams moving at once.
$76,100-$104,000. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account volume and margin on a project, quarterly, and annual basis. This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
