Job summary

HCA Florida Capital Hospital is hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the CEO and Chief Nursing Officer. This role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who can coordinate multiple executives and tasks with high discretion and efficiency.

You will manage schedules, prepare materials for leadership meetings, and ensure seamless communications across departments at our Leon County hospital campus.
