The role requires 10+ years in actuarial work with leadership experience, strong knowledge of annuity products, and the ability to translate complex models for non-actuarial stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance, or related field.
• MAAA and FSA (or career ASA) designations.
• 10+ years in the actuarial field, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proficiency in actuarial software and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the actuarial function and align with corporate goals.
• Model and price annuity and life products; assess reinsurance.
• Manage policy liabilities and reserves for STAT & GAAP.
• Drive financial projections and the group’s three-year plan; frequent analyses.
• Govern assumptions and document governance for future changes.
