The Executive Accounting Manager will oversee accounting functions, perform accounting tasks not covered by other staff, improve operations, and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness. Requirements:
Purpose: Oversee accounting functions, improve operations, and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Manage General Ledger: Ensure data integrity, prepare financial reports, review quality, and oversee accounting areas.
Manage Monthly Close: Ensure accurate, timely entries, coordinate with departments, and streamline processes.
Leadership and Supervision: Lead meetings, supervise staff, and develop team capabilities.
Revenue and Cash Management: Oversee revenue entry, reconcile cash, and improve reporting systems.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax obligations and coordinate with tax professionals.
Financial Analyses: Prepare reports, projections, and coordinate audits.
Financial Systems: Maintain records, improve systems, and ensure proper account management.
Collaboration: Work with other departments on planning and projects.
Company Citizenship: Participate in meetings and company activities.
