Requirements:
Purpose: Oversee accounting functions, improve operations, and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Manage General Ledger Accounting: Ensure data integrity, prepare financial reports, review financial information, and manage accounting areas.
Manage Monthly Close Processes: Ensure accurate and timely entries, coordinate with departments, and improve processes.
Leadership and Supervision: Lead team meetings, supervise managers, and develop staff capabilities.
Revenue Entry and Cash Receipts: Oversee revenue and cash entry, reconcile accounts, and improve reporting systems.
Manage Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and assist with tax filings.
Financial Analyses: Prepare reports, analyses, and coordinate audits.
Financial Systems: Maintain records, update systems, and improve processes.
Collaborate with Departments: Support business planning and participate in projects.
General Company Citizenship: Participate in meetings and activities as needed.
