Job summary

Texas Instruments Incorporated in Sherman, Texas seeks an Execution Process Engineer to drive quality and efficiency in our state-of-the-art 300mm semiconductor fabrication facility. You will own key processes, lead improvements, and collaborate with a team of experts to push next-generation manufacturing capabilities.

You will implement strategies for OOC/OOS management, optimize SFC performance, and advance automation initiatives while mentoring Process Engineering Technicians and delivering

Responsibilities

  • Lead Quality Event Management: identify and resolve quality excursions, determine root causes, and contain affected material.
  • Enable Flawless Execution: develop, implement, and execute strategies for handling OOC and OOS lots, plus YE down dispositions.
  • Drive Process Stability: own Statistical Factory Control (SFC) and improve inline performance; lead chamber/tool matching for optimal CpK and %OOC.
  • Operational Improvements: maximize installed capacity output, reduce cycle time, and advance SMA solutions while reducing WIP wait times.
  • Training and Development: mentor Process Engineering Technicians and create tools to improve team efficiency and document learnings.

We're seeking talented and driven Process Engineers to join our growing team and help take our state-of-the-art 300mm semiconductor manufacturing facility to the next level. As an Execution Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and innovation of our next generation manufacturing processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the latest technologies, collaborate with a team of experts, and enable continuous improvement of groundbreaking semiconductor products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Quality Event Management:Lead the charge in identifying and quickly resolving quality excursions, determining root causes, and containing/dispositioning affected material. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure only the highest quality products go to our customers.
  • Enable Flawless Execution:Develop, implement, and execute strategies for handling out-of-control (OOC) and out-of-specification (OOS) lots, as well as YE down dispositions. Your data gathering and analytical skills will help optimize our processes and drive operational performance.
  • Drive Process Stability:Own Statistical Factory Control (SFC) and continuously improve our inline performance, ensuring stable processes and high process yields. You will also identify and lead chamber/tool matching opportunities to achieve best-in-class Cpk and %OOC rates.
  • Operational Improvements:Identify and execute opportunities to maximize output of installed capacity (MOOI) and reduce cycle time (CT). You will also implement Smart Manufacturing and Automation (SMA) solutions and reduce WIP wait time to maximize our operational efficiency.
  • Training and Development:Contribute to the growth of our Process Engineering Technicians through ongoing training and development. You will also create tools to improve team efficiency (reports/visualizations) and document new learnings in our disposition specs.
