Job summary

Rwdy-Inc in Midland, TX is seeking an Execution Drilling Engineer II to lead planning and design for drilling and completing programs. You will ensure objectives are met with engineering integrity, safety, and environmental protection.

The role requires 7+ years in deep water drilling or equivalent experience, with strong well planning skills and fluency in English. Rotation work with extensive field duties is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in deep water drilling if filling a deep water role.
• Experience with well planning and execution in the industry.
• Proficient in read/write/speak fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Generate and evaluate well conceptual designs to meet objectives.
• Refine concepts to executable CP4-costed plans (AFE).
• Contribute to AFE sanction and approvals processes.
• Develop risk assessments for well concepts during Select phases.
• Demonstrate safe behaviors on site and comply with SSHE policies.
• Apply SSHE Management System where relevant.
• Adhere to Well Design and Operations standards and regulations.
