Mass General Brigham is seeking a strategic Security Director to oversee enterprise security operations across the system. You will lead site directors and leads, develop safety protocols, coordinate with law enforcement, and align plans with senior leadership.
This role manages budgets, drives compliance with HIPAA, Joint Commission, OSHA, and other regulations, and builds cross‑disciplinary partnerships to ensure a secure healthcare environment.

Responsible for overseeing enterprise security operations and providing leadership over site security directors and leads throughout the MGB system. This role develops and implements safety protocols and coordinates with law enforcement agencies to maintain a secure healthcare environment.
This position works closely with the Vice President of Police & Security and the Security Department's Executive Leadership Team to develop and implement plans, policies, and procedures.
Direct and manage all aspects of security operations across the MGB enterprise, including providing leadership and director of security directors and site leads across the entirety of the MGB system.
Bachelor's Degree Criminal Justice required
