The Planning, Design + Construction (PD+C) department manages and delivers capital projects, including new clinics, renovations, and hospital expansions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and on schedule.
Stanford Medicine's PD+C department supports multiple entities, including Stanford Healthcare, Lucile Packard Children's Health, and others, across a variety of healthcare facilities and service lines, including trauma centers and research hospitals, spread over seven million square feet.
The department is seeking an Executive Director of Design and Construction to lead and strategize the department’s work, overseeing project execution, team management, and stakeholder engagement within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
No specific physical demands beyond standard office and site work; may involve tasks with no exposure to blood or body fluids.
