This position is for a Senior Mechanical Engineer with an innovative attitude to work in the Engineering department at Wilton Factory. The candidate will collaborate with cross-sector teams to develop new manufacturing processes for new product introduction and improve existing processes for volume production. The role also includes mentoring the broader production engineering team.
The physical demands include working in a cleanroom environment with full gowning, around lasers, chemicals, and on platforms, with occasional lifting up to 20 pounds and travel depending on company needs. The environment is moderate in temperature and noise level.
This position requires access to controlled technology under US export regulations; candidates must be legally authorized to access such technology.
