Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance and financial protection. You will build market access, network with communities, and present tailored solutions to groups and individuals.

As an independent contractor, you’ll operate in a protected territory with cutting-edge tools, ongoing training, and a comprehensive product portfolio to support growth and client success.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance/financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health; Property and Casualty
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement solutions that help educators achieve affordable insurance solutions and financial security
• Build strong relationships and develop market access
• Confidently present products to groups and individuals
