Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and business management skills.
- 2-5 years of experience in the insurance/financial services industry preferred.
- Licensed Life and Health Insurance and Property & Casualty Insurance (or ability to obtain).
- FINRA licenses may be required in your region.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage your agency within Horace Mann’s framework.
- Develop an exclusive territory and establish client relationships.
- Present insurance products to groups and individuals.
- Network at community and industry events to grow your book of business.
