You will operate within an exclusive territory and focus on building relationships, presenting coverage options, and growing your agency without a traditional office for the first two years.

The role offers a performance-based compensation plan with incentives and cutting-edge technology to support your sales efforts.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License, Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue solutions that help educators access affordable insurance and financial security.
• Build market access and establish strong relationships with clients.
• Present products confidently to groups and individuals and participate in networking events.
