Horace Mann seeks an Exclusive Insurance Agent to empower educators with tailored insurance and financial solutions. You will work under a 1099 compensation structure with incentives and support from a dedicated service representative to grow your own agency within an exclusive territory.

With cutting-edge technology and ongoing training, you will build relationships, expand your network, and deliver comprehensive multiline products to clients across a niche market.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License, Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement solutions that help educators obtain affordable insurance solutions and financial security.
• Focus on achieving market access and building strong relationships.
• Present products confidently to groups and individuals, actively network and participate in industry events.
