Job summary
Horace Mann Educators Corporation is seeking an Exclusive Agent to help educators access affordable insurance and financial services. You will operate as an independent contractor with performance-based compensation and a robust incentive package designed to reward activity and success over the first 48 months.
You will receive support from a dedicated Premier Service Representative, a multiline product portfolio, and access to cutting-edge technology to grow your agency in an exclusive niche
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
- Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License
- Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
Responsibilities
- Present products to groups and individuals to build trusted relationships.
- actively engage in networking, community, and industry events to grow your base.
- Develop and manage your agency with a focus on educators and schools.
- Leverage Horace Mann resources to provide affordable insurance solutions.
- Expand market access through strategic relationship-building programs.
