Horace Mann invites experienced insurance professionals to join as Exclusive Insurance Agents in the United States. You will leverage an exclusive territory, a multiline product portfolio, and cutting-edge technology to build a successful agency.
The role offers performance-based compensation with incentives for the first 48 months, a dedicated service representative, and ongoing training to grow your business with educators. No external office is required for 2 years.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
- Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License.
- Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Property and Casualty Insurance License.
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement solutions that help educators obtain affordable insurance and financial security.
- Achieve market access and build strong relationships with clients.
- Confidently present products to groups and individuals.
- Engage in networking, community, and industry events.
- Invest time and resources to ensure long-term business success.
