Horace Mann Educators Corporation is seeking Exclusive Agents to build and manage their own client portfolio focused on educators. The role rewards performance with a 1099 compensation structure and an industry-leading 48-month incentive package.

You will leverage Horace Mann’s portfolio of products, dedicated service support, and market-building programs to grow your agency through networking and community engagement.

Competenze

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses (Life and Health, Property & Casualty).
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
