Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations, set up and build exclusion traps, and operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
- Build customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior during service visits; respond to phone and in‑person service call requests promptly and confirm scheduled services with customers.
- Continuously learn about the available products and services through paid training.
Position Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence.
- Available to work Monday‑Friday and Saturdays as needed.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED.
- Customer‑facing experience preferred.
Other Skills, Attributes, and Abilities
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Open to learning and becoming knowledgeable in the area of exclusion/pest control.
- Comfortable with self‑directed working conditions after a training period.
- Carpentry experience or working with hand tools and power tools is a plus.
