Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesOur Exclusion Repair Specialists are responsible for repairs/modifications to dwellings to prevent rodents from entering the home.
- Perform exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations, set up exclusion traps, operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
- Build customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior during service visits. Respond to service requests promptly and confirm scheduled services with customers.
- Become knowledgeable in available products and services through provided, paid training.
Position Requirements- Successfully meet pre-employment background and drug test standards.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and undergo motor vehicle record check.
- Availability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
Education & Experience- High school diploma or GED.
- Customer-facing experience preferred.
Other Skills, Attributes, And Abilities- Attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn about exclusion and pest control.
- Comfortable working independently after training.
- Carpentry experience and working with hand/power tools is a plus.
