Responsibilities

• Partner with IT teams to resolve defects in the policy administration system.
• Work with the underwriting team to resolve issues in our systems.
• Review financials for issued policies to verify taxes and fees are correct.
• Provide timely customer service to internal teams.
• Perform other clerical tasks as needed to support the team.
• Oversee and track all defects through the resolution process.

Our Excess & Surplus department seeks a production support team member to assist our underwriting team in resolving errors and verifying that policy financials are calculated correctly.

The pay range for this position is$17.50 - $18.50 per hour. Pay is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
