Ampersand Therapy in Hickory, NC seeks an Exceptional Children’s Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time role implements accommodations and interventions per student IEPs and collaborates with the EC team.

You’ll attend IEP and staff meetings, coordinate with school teams, and help shape student outcomes. We offer competitive pay up to $45/hour, W-2 employment, healthcare benefits, 401(k) with company match, and licensure/CEU reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must hold NC DPI license in Exceptional Children.
• Proof of college transcripts required.

Responsibilities

• Work with Special Education/EC Team to implement accommodations, interventions according to student IEPs.
