Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of successful experience in special education.
• Valid North Carolina Exceptional Children teaching license.
• Experience coaching or mentoring educators.
• Strong knowledge of IDEA, NC EC procedures, and evidence-based instructional practices.
• Experience facilitating adult learning and professional development.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
