Faith Technologies Inc is seeking a General Superintendent to ensure excellent project execution across electrical construction. The role involves on-site and office coordination, managing estimates, scheduling, and resource deployment for multiple projects.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of field experience, with at least 5 years as a project superintendent, and holds a Journeyman or Master Electrician license. Expect travel around 5%, potentially higher for key milestones.

• Oversees field personnel with project managers and workforce manager.
• Meets with project managers weekly to review hours, materials, and manpower.
• Coordinates daily material and manpower needs with project coordinator.
• Delegates to field leadership with proper control systems.
• Maintains boundaries between units and others in the organization.
• Monitors workflow and suggests process improvements.
• Understands and conveys functional and corporate strategies.

General Superintendents are responsible for managing the consistent, excellent performance of project execution with the estimation/design, coordination, and deployment of electrical construction projects. Activities are performed both on-site at customer facilities and within the various Faith Technologies offices.

Ideal candidates must be proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) and experience in Acubid is preferred.

Minimum Requirements

• Education/Licenses: High School Diploma or GED, Journeyman or Master Electrician License
• Experience: 10+ years of field experience, including not less than 5 years of successful experience as a project superintendent
• Travel: 5%
• Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday; however, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists in construction estimates.
• Helps manage baseline accounts (includes, but is not limited to: pricing quotes, material orders, and manages manpower scheduling).
• Assists with coordination and deployment of large field projects (includes, but is not limited to: change orders, material management/material orders, and manpower scheduling).
• Identifies and coordinates in areas of risk management.
• Assists Workforce Manager, Group Manager, and Project Managers with the oversight of Field Personnel.
• Meets with Project Managers on a scheduled weekly basis to review job tracking and responsibilities (hours, materials, manpower, etc.).
• Coordinates with Project Coordinator and Workforce Manager on their daily material and manpower needs.
• Effectively delegates to field leadership with proper control systems in place to ensure accountability and to prevent decision making bottlenecks.
• Manages the boundaries that separate units which report directly and with other parts of the business.
• Monitors the flow of work between his/her unit and others in the organization; asking questions, and recommending improvements.
• Understands and conveys functional strategies, business strategies, and corporate mission.
• Fosters effective cross-functional collaborations to accelerate work processes.

Up to 20% travel may be required.
