Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain inventory on commodity items, finished goods, and project-specific gear.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly audits to ensure inventory accuracy for procurement.
  • Generate inventory reports for relevant teams.
  • Keep accurate records of goods received and shipped.
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained and products are organized and rotated properly.
  • Assist in process improvements and conduct inventory audits.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and maintain a clean work area.
  • Follow OSHA and safety standards and uphold 5S principles.
  • Participate in hiring, referral, and mentoring programs as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 5 years of related experience, preferably in Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Logistics
  • Travel up to 10%
  • Work hours between 6 am to 6 pm or 6 pm to 6 am, Monday through Friday, with possible nights, weekends, and holidays.
